While the loss of life in Haiti is terribly tragic, the ICC family has been particularly touched by the loss of Claudy St. Juste, a familiar face to nearly everyone who has visited Grace Children's Hospital or participated in a MEET with ICC. Claudy was the IT person and Public Relations representative for ICC. Claudy and his entire family (wife and children) were lost in the earthquake on January 12. We join with our friends at ICC Haiti in mourning this loss along with so many others. 

Here is a memory from a recent visitor to Haiti:

...it will be hard returning to Grace without seeing Claudy's smiling face. He always made our group feel welcome. He also did a great job calming me when I became frustrated with my computer! ICC and Grace has lost a true, dedicated friend. Please send condolences to Claudy's relatives... As dedicated as Claudy was to helping us at GCH, it was very obvious when we were walking around the grounds with him, that the children and families really loved and respected him. -Julia McDonald, MD
